Harper is an icon here at HOPE Dog Rescue. She is a special needs dog who has been with us for seven years. Born with a broken spine, she is paralyzed from the waist down. Due to this, she is also incontinent and has to wear a diaper.

Despite her many health issues, she is full of life and spunk.
